I also developed and implemented an “ Adaptive Defense” methodology that fused crown jewel analysis, threat modeling, and adversary engagement - an approach that has since been embedded in multiple enterprise SOC strategies.

I led efforts to bridge governance and operational models between Japanese and global teams, enabling scalable, cross-border security compliance frameworks.
