Technology leader and cybersecurity architect with 26+ years of experience driving structural innovation in security, digital transformation, and organizational intelligence. My work is grounded in the principle of “structural intelligence” - a methodology that combines systems thinking, causal modeling, and AI collaboration to reframe complex challenges into scalable design opportunities. I have led the development of cyber fusion architectures, integrated security governance frameworks, and knowledge ecosystems that support adaptive, evidence-based operations.
I am seeking a leadership role such as CTO, CAIO, or CISO to apply these frameworks in architecting future-ready organizations. My objective is to co-design intelligent infrastructures grounded in causal reasoning and structural foresight- balancing resilience and ethics while enabling organizations to evolve adaptively in response to non-linear technological and societal change.
During my tenure, I built and operationalized a Japan-based Cyber Fusion Center that served as a strategic blueprint for integrating threat intelligence, detection engineering, and cross-functional incident response. I also developed and implemented an “ Adaptive Defense” methodology that fused crown jewel analysis, threat modeling, and adversary engagement - an approach that has since been embedded in multiple enterprise SOC strategies.
