Standing at the threshold of a new era in January 2025, we must consider how to design the future options ahead of us. Today’s youth are facing structural challenges in their careers and learning paths amidst an era of overwhelming information. Change is accelerating, and existing values and models of success can no longer be considered absolute. In such an environment, what is truly needed is the ability to perceive the essence of change, proactively chart one's own path, and continuously take action.
I recommend adopting a mode of thinking centered on "Structural Intelligence." This means looking beyond superficial events to discern the underlying relationships, systems, and temporal dynamics—the structures—that shape our reality. Structural Intelligence is not merely about accumulating knowledge, but about elevating it to wisdom and building an “operating system” for thought and action that enables the creative design of the future and the realization of tangible value in the real world.

My fundamental motivation for dedicating myself to human resource development stems from the recognition that "the thinking and behavioral structures essential for future society are lacking in contemporary education systems and social institutions." Existing education systems, unfortunately, cannot be said to adequately cultivate this Structural Intelligence. They tend to overemphasize uniform knowledge transmission and fail to sufficiently present "options" for unleashing individual talents and passions. Based on this understanding, I am promoting reforms centered on two axes: "democratic redistribution of technology" and "structural reorganization of options." This involves making cutting-edge technology and knowledge accessible to anyone with the ambition to use them, rather than limiting access to a few experts or organizations. And it means transforming the social structure so that individuals can design and choose diverse and free career paths, armed with these technologies. This is what I aim for.
