I am Yasuyuki Sakane. As a "Causal Codemancer," I bear the mission to break the chains of legacy and redesign the future through structural intelligence and AI co-creation. Non-modern ways of thinking and corporate management rigidity are barriers obstructing a brilliant future. Armed with ideology and strategy, I will construct the path to transformation.

To Big4 Consultants, Corporate Executives, and Leaders Paving the Way for the Future

I speak to all of you.

Yasuyuki Sakane is not merely a technologist or a cybersecurity expert. My mission is to fuse the infinite possibilities of technology with the essence of management, to envision the future based on structural insights, and to drive its realization together with organizations.

The contemporary business environment is fraught with uncertainty, and the pace of change is accelerating exponentially. The future foreseen by Isaac Asimov has become a reality, and the evolution of AI is accelerating beyond our imagination.

In the midst of this discontinuous change, we must ask ourselves: Can the universal "truth" that the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle sought be applied to our modern, intricate, and at times irrational world? (Aristotle, 350 BCE/1924) And what guidance does Spinoza's Ethics, which advocated a path to ethics and happiness based on reason, offer us in a future where AI is ubiquitous and its judgments are increasingly beyond human comprehension? (Spinoza, 1677/1994)

We begin by doubting everything. Just as René Descartes arrived at the unshakable truth "Cogito, ergo sum" (I think, therefore I am), we too must begin by questioning all preconceived notions, common sense, and ingrained ways of thinking (Descartes, 1641/1993).

The non-modern, non-structural, and non-cognitive-scientific ways of thinking deeply rooted in much of the modern consulting business are precisely the legacy that must be questioned. This is a serious impediment to bringing about true transformation for client companies.

Chapter 1: The Depths of Legacy: The Roots of Non-Modern, Non-Structural, and Non-Cognitive-Scientific Ways of Thinking

The challenges facing the modern consulting business stem not only from delays in adopting superficial technologies but also from the legacy of underlying ways of thinking. This legacy arises from a lack of understanding of human cognition, organizational structures, and system dynamics.
